How large an event can I host?
Texas Stone Manor Farm can accommodate events of up to 200 guests using the outdoor reception pavilion. The Airbnb/Vrbo House offers overnight accommodations for up to 22 guests and can also host outdoor events of up to 200 guests
How much is site rental?
Farm Day Rates start at $500. Airbnb/Vrbo Day Rates start at $1850
What’s included in my rental price?
Your DIY facility rental includes the use of 16 round banquet tables and 100 chairs for your guests (upon request), as well as onsite parking and outdoor bathrooms for your event. Rentals available for guest counts of 101-200. Packages are available for full service, as well.
How far in advance should I make reservations?
We recommend reserving at least one year in advance to secure your preferred date. However, availability may be open sooner—call us to check and start planning your special day. 210-405-6168
Are outside vendors and catering permitted?
Absolutely! We welcome outside vendors for every aspect of your celebration, including planning, decorating, floral design, photography, catering or baking, set-up and clean-up crews, tent and table rentals, and more. If you’d like assistance, we have a curated list of trusted local vendors available upon request.
Texas Stone Manor Farm is an active, working farm, and as such, the following conditions apply:
- Animals are present on the Premises; guests are not to feed, chase, or disturb animals
- The property includes uneven ground and equipment which may pose normal hazards- this is inherent and expected.
-Use of outside vendors is welcomed, with notification of such required one week prior to event.
